We like to blog, and we share our blogs on Twitter and also on Facebook. Naturally, on Twitter the blog gets RT’d or retweeted, and on Facebook, people like and share them if it meets minimum approval standards.
We do have a few “auto-likers” who basically like everything that we do. Sometimes we don’t know why. Maybe they liked the title. Maybe they liked the joke. Maybe they liked the picture. Maybe they liked that something really cool happened, which meant that they read the full status message. Maybe they actually clicked through to the article and read the whole thing. Whatever it is, we definitely appreciate the support and the love.
In the two-plus seasons of WSD on Facebook, nobody has liked us more consistently than Mr. Jay Nussbaum Jr. Again, we have no idea whether Jay is really reading our blogs, listening to our podcasts, or whatever. Maybe he just loves the fact that we, WSD, exist on the internet. Either way, it seems that about 95% of our posts are “liked” by Jay, and sometimes he even comments and shares our posts. That is the ultimate honor, when someone as busy as Jay will stop and take a moment to leave us a comment, or when he feels that the content is worthy of a share.
That is why we dedicate this to you, Jay Nussbaum Jr. If you don’t “like” the post, we’ve done something really bad. We hope that you continue to “like” everything that we do because we intend to slap this seal of approval on some posts from here on out. Thank you for being awesome, Jay Nussbaum Jr.
