Baseball is near, only 3 more days! This countdown really helped the time go by faster. Tonight, we continue our countdown of the 20 Hottest MLB players, here is today’s pick:

#3 – Angel Pagan

#16|CF|SF GiantsAngel Pagan

Born : July 2, 1981
Birthplace: Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico
Height: 6’2″
Weight: 200lbs.
Bats: S Throws: R
College: Indian River CC, FL
MLB Debut: April 3, 2006 (Cubs)

The Giants had a disappointing 2013 season and finished the season tied for third place in the NL West with a 76-86 record. Angel Pagan’s mid-season injury seemed to be the start of their offensive struggles. Pagan suffered a hamstring injury after scoring the winning run off an inside-the-park home run against the Colorado Rockies in late May and then re-injured himself in his first minor-league rehab game and underwent surgery to repair a torn hamstring. The Giants are looking to improve their offense and Pagan will play a big role, the key to his success is staying healthy, something he struggled with when he was with the Cubs. AT&T Park is a tough park to hit in and Pagan has found success there and has really fit in nicely with this team. His charisma and enthusiasm also help. Hopefully he can come in and stay healthy so he can help the Giants’ offense and maybe even capture another World Series Title.
