Today, or later today since it’s an ungodly hour as I write this, we celebrate the Fourth of July to commemorate the day that our founding fathers decided they’d had enough of oppression and driving on the wrong side of the road and declared their independence.  As you partake in barbecues and blowing up a small chunk of our land, remember the sacrifices that allow you to enjoy the freedoms that we have, and why so many people still want to be part of the American dream even today amidst all the cynicism.

Have a lovely holiday weekend with your family, friends and loved ones. Go America.
