There is Apparently a Clark the Cub Book…

Oh. Oh my.

Somehow, former Cubs pitcher Ryan Dempster wrote a children’s book based on the Chicago Cubs’ mascot, Clark the Cub.  Look at that cover.  He’s got some weird #Magic ball, probably taken from that magician Joe Maddon hired.  Clark looks like he’s on acid, too, which is probably worse than usual.  But I like Clark, he’s good for the kids even if he looks creepy as hell or stoned as balls.

I forgot where this next excerpt came from (I’m sure it’s available via the Cubs’ kids stuff), but there is actually ANOTHER book about Clark the Cub!

Anyway, if you’re interested in learning more about Clark’s acid trip through time, the book is, in fact, available on Amazon.
