Dreamcast 26: It Was Fun While It Lasted

Rice is still recovering from a bad cold, but we found some time to record a poorly edited edition of the Dreamcast to talk about the end of the Cubs’ 2017 season.  They are still the 2016 World Series champions, and nobody will ever change that.  Here’s what we discussed this week:

  • The shortfalls of this year’s Cubs team, although we still consider 2017 a success because playoffs;
  • The dismissal of Chris Bosio, which prompted this little ditty…


  • What will become of the Cubs roster this offseason as free agents leave and assets potentially get traded;
  • Potential free agent acquisitions, mostly pitching.
